We went down opened the door of the room

Entered and both me and 5aloof were surprised

OMG!!!

3afra: OMG!!!! BOTH OF YOU OUT!!!!

The room was filled with amazing paintings

3afra: cause I don’t want

I could see that she was going to cry

Me: umm 5aloof 3ady it5aleena broo7na shway

5aloof left and I was alone with her

I pulled her to the couch

Me: tell me mn sho 5ayfa? Ina people know how amazing your drawings are? Ina people y3arfoon ina you’re an artist?

3afra: no.. but..

Me: but sho 3afra? Walla your amazing! Tell me 7abeeby mn sho 5ayfa? Why are you keeping it a secret?

3afra: I don’t like people knowing how do I feel… I express my feeling in them.. if I’m happy I come down here and draw.. if I’m sad I draw

She stood up and walked to painting and got it to me

3afra: what do you see in this picture?

Me: ummm.. sadness? Heartbroken? Depression?

3afra: exactly!! That’s what I drew when they forced me into marriage … I hate people knowing about my feelings… I like showing them that I’m always happy and energetic

Me: 3afra look at me!

She had her head down

I held her face gently and made her look at me

I have her a quick hug

Me: inzain madam 3afra … more secrets that I don’t know about?

3afra : umm .. no I don’t think so..

Me: ok then let’s start the assignment

She ran to a desk and got a lot of papers and most of them were drawn

And we walked back upstairs to the living room

3afra: umm laish we don’t work fl dining room? Chy fy table and we can work better

Me: sure

We got into the dining room

3afra: these are some  of my works that I’ve done before we can use them and take some ideas.. you can have a look at them while I get my charger

I started looking through her work

I guess I’m gonna need her to work in our company

She have got many great ideas for both the interior and the architecture

3afra: so what do you think?

Me: I don’t think I’m sure that you’re a great architect! Really 3afra I’m gonna need some of these work of the building for the company.. don’t worry I’m going to tell my father that it’s your work

3afra: hey but they are not that good! They’re just some sketches that I did from boredom!

Me: no they’re great and I’m taking them if you don’t mind?

3afra: sure but can I keep a copy of them?

Me: no you can keep them I’ll take the copies and if I needed the real ones I’ll just come back and take them

3afra: sure can we start now?

Me: yes.. yalla ta3aly sit beside me

We started working

And time passes so quickly when I’m with her

It was 10 already

3afra: finally

Me: yes!!

3afra: are you hungry? Cause ana yo3ana!! Aba akl!!

Me: yes I am hungry… go get me food or I’ll eat you

3afra: ok fine.. I’ll go see what they’ve made for dinner

She went and I stayed looking through her laptop

I found a file full of her pictures

Since she was a kid till now

She looks so cute in the pictures

She used to be a chubby baby

A chubby eatable baby

I just want our baby girl to look like her

3afra: umm.. 5alid?

3afra: don’t eat me but they haven’t cooked anything

Me: ok let’s go get food from macdonalds

3afra: fine I’ll go wear my 3abaya

Me: ta3al no need to wear anything … banseer drive through

She looked shocked

But I just pulled her with me to the car

We stayed quiet for couple of minutes

We reached macdonalds

Me: happy meal nuggets please!!

We took our food and started eating on our way back

He dropped me home and took the drawing that he wanted and left

Guess what’s tomorrow?

Yes Sunday

And my mummy and daddy are coming back !!

So me and 5aloof decided to get them gifts and a cake and flowers
